One on One Training

Group training
Invite a freind or two and get the most bang for your buck with group training. Sharing your fitness journey with friends will keep you motivated and can be a very rewarding experience.
What is personal training?
My mission as a trainer is to help people of all fitness levels reach their goals by education and motivation through a step by step exercise program designed on a personal basis.
Practically speaking, after you sign up, I walk you through a series of tests to asses your fitness level, then ,after I design your program, we meet up one to four times per week for an hour session. I also provide frequent accountability and nutritional advice to make sure your pursuit of fitness becomes a permanent lifestyle change that can be enjoyed for the rest of your life!
